How much is 1%, really?
On top of your subscription, we take 1% of every confirmed booking. It's added to your TeratakHub bill — never taken out of your guest's payment.
Only confirmed bookings. Declined or expired requests don't count.

Who is TeratakHub for?
Homestay owners and small homestay managers in Malaysia — from one unit to 30 units and beyond. It's most useful when your bookings come from several places (WhatsApp, Airbnb, Booking.com, walk-ins) and you want them all in one calendar.
I only have one unit. Is it worth it?
The Starter plan covers 1–2 active units, from RM19 a month at Founding pricing. Even one unit gets you a calendar with no overlapping dates, guest records, numbered invoices and your own booking page. Try the demo first to judge for yourself.
What does active unit mean?
A unit you've marked as active. Only active units count towards your plan. Close a unit for a while (during renovations or a quiet season, say) and your plan drops on its own — the data stays, and you can reactivate it at any time.
Can I record bookings from Airbnb or Booking.com?
Yes. Paste each platform's calendar link (iCal) into TeratakHub and the dates booked there are blocked here automatically; TeratakHub gives you a link to paste back, so those platforms block the dates booked here. Only dates are shared — no guest names or prices — and TeratakHub does NOT connect directly to Airbnb or Booking.com. You can also record bookings yourself, with their channel saved. To move many past bookings at once, use CSV import.
How is the 1% calculated?
1% of the total of every confirmed booking, wherever the booking came from. It's worked out when your subscription bill is generated: bookings cancelled before then aren't counted. Bookings where the guest has already finished their stay can no longer be cancelled or deleted. Booking history you import from before you subscribed isn't charged 1%.
Does TeratakHub hold guest money?
No. Guests pay you directly, as usual — TeratakHub doesn't process guest payments. The 1% fee is only added to your own subscription bill.
Is there a free trial?
There's no free trial. Instead, the demo is open without signing up: every dashboard screen with a sample homestay business — make bookings, try booking the same dates twice, generate invoices, print a report and preview your booking page — using the same booking rules as the full system.
Are there refunds? Can I cancel?
Yes — if TeratakHub isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Renewals after that aren't refundable. There's no long-term contract: cancel at any time with one click, and your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data can be exported as CSV.
Can I add staff? Do staff see billing?
Yes. Staff manage bookings, the calendar and guests. Staff have no access to billing, the subscription or the owner profile, and can't activate or close units — because that changes your bill.
How does the public booking page work?
Every unit can have its own link, with your photos and the colour theme and font you choose. Guests see free dates for three months, then send a request. Those dates are held for 48 hours while you review it; you confirm or decline from the dashboard. There's no online payment — it's a request, not an instant booking.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual is exactly 10× the monthly price — you get 2 months free. The wave price lock is the same for both. Annual subscribers also qualify for the free landing page offer (first 50 people).
How long is the wave price locked?
Founding, Early Bird and Established prices are locked for 24 months from the date you subscribe. If you move up a plan during that time, the new plan's price still follows your original wave.
What do I get with the landing page offer?
The first 50 annual subscribers get a landing page designed specifically for their homestay: hero, gallery, booking link and contact details, with one round of revisions. Ready within 14 days of qualifying, built in batches in order of qualification.
Is TeratakHub a marketplace like Airbnb?
No. TeratakHub is a system for managing your own homestay. Guests who book through your link are your guests — we don't list them or take over your relationship. Our public directory only lists subscribed owners.
Is my data safe?
Each owner's data is isolated at the database level (Row Level Security in Postgres), so other accounts can't read your bookings or guests — not even through the app. Guest IC numbers are never shown on public pages. You can export your data at any time.
Can I move my data over from Excel?
Yes — import a CSV file. Every row is checked separately; rows with problems are reported with their row number, and the other rows are still imported.
